Warwick first discovered Yoga when he was 15 and decided to study more intensively in 2007, being particularly inspired by triyoga teacher Anna Ashby.
His career path has been varied, encompassing diverse business interests and music (as Classical Pianist and teacher); but Yoga has been the constant thread, never ceasing to amaze and uplift with it’s transformative power.
Warwick’s style of teaching embraces an energetic, alignment based practice – encouraging breath flow and awareness to balance and strengthen the body. The focus on correct and safe alignment in the postures helps to improve physical tone and flexibility whilst on a deeper level, restoring mindfulness and building inner strength.
